6:00 PM Report to the band room, change into uniform
6:30 PM Line up to march to the stadium
7:00 PM Senior night ceremony
7:30 PM Kickoff
10:30 PM March back to the band room, put away equipment, dismiss

Itinerary for Saturday, October 28, 2017; Peach State marching contest
11:00 AM Report to the band room, load equipment
11:30 AM Board buses, leave HHS
1:00 PM Arrive at Rome HS, unload equipment, change into uniform
2:25 PM Warmup
3:20 PM Perform
10:20 PM Awards Ceremony
11:00 PM Board buses, return to HHS
1:00 AM Arrive at HHS, unload, clean up the band room, dismiss
- Please remember black socks and your 2017 Hixson band t-shirt – they are part of the uniform!
- Eat before report time and bring some money for the concession stand after we perform. It will be several hours between report time and our performance.
